Art of Change
Art of Change is a creative and intercultural program designed to support young people in their journey of self-discovery and growth. Through art, theatre, and dialogue, participants explore themes of mental health, well-being, and human rights while connecting deeply with one another across cultures. The program helps youth understand their own stories, overcome personal struggles, and build a strong sense of community. As part of the experience, participants design and implement projects that address local challenges in their home countries, with ongoing mentorship and online support from the Yellow vs. Blue team. It’s not just a program, but a journey of change, expression, and empowerment. Watch our wrap up video of round one, and round two.

Facilitation Tactics
Facilitation Tactics is an in-person training program that equips individuals with the essential skills to become effective and mindful facilitators. Participants learn how to use art-based methods, interactive tools, and group dynamics to foster mental health, well-being in their communities. The program blends theory with lots of practice, helping participants design their own sessions and develop confidence in leading groups, meetings, teams, organizations and workshops. It’s a launchpad for those who wish to start or strengthen their journey in facilitation, youth work, or community building with a strong intercultural and human-centered approach with non formal education methods.
Intercultural Retreat Programs
Our Intercultural Retreats are immersive experiences that bring people from different backgrounds together in unique place with strong culture and sense of community. These retreats programs are not for 'meditation or yoga, but still are opportunities to disconnect from your normal life, reconnect, and experience authentic local life through shared activities, conversations, and reflection. Participants engage with local communities, explore art, nature, and traditions, and build meaningful cross-cultural friendships. Each retreat is designed to promote well-being, empathy, and it gives you a refresh feeling, let's say? :) See our wrap up post here.

Life as a Local in Valencia began from our deep love for art, nature, food gatherings, and meaningful human connection. After living in Valencia and meeting many expats, we realized how challenging it can be to connect, make friends with locals, and feel at home in a new country, something that often affects our sense of belonging and mental wellbeing. That’s why we created this project: to bring people together through creativity, food, and authentic local experiences. Our events are all about slowing down, sharing stories, and discovering the other part of Valencia, not as a tourist, but as a local. 🌿Summary is here.
Life as a local in Valencia

By being a part of Erasmus+, we offer international learning experiences for Spanish youth, and adults, citizens/residents. Through youth exchanges, training courses, you can spend around a week in another country fully funded by Erasmus+, gaining new skills, expanding your professional knowledge, and connecting with people from diverse cultures. If you’re a young participant looking to explore, or a youth worker seeking to develop your expertise, our programs provide the opportunity to learn, grow, and experience life abroad, all while building friendships and memories that last a lifetime. After getting registered in Spain, and being a part of Erasmus+, we organized and hosted a Partnership Building Event, to connect new-comers and experienced organizations who are part of Erasmus+ to build a connection and network for future projects. The event brought 15 organizations and was a beautiful interactive time together in April 2023

We love exploring new artistic ways of expression, why don't find it how it goes? That is the question we asked ourselves. And we did produce two short films about mental health, one about depression and the other about eating disorder. It was created by just us being there putting efforts on a story to tell it to the world, you can watch LUMOS and HAPPY now on YouTube.

At the end, facilitation is what brought this project alive, without facilitation and our skills, Yellow vs. Blue might not have existed or developed this way. So we wanted to finally create a space for people to learn how to be facilitators and most importantly, on how to facilitate workshops around mental health and wellbeing through art, and kicked off our pilot training on May 2024.

Story Campaign 'I am here for you'
